From rapid response and performance improvement to operational efficiency and life-cycle management, Service is one of our fastest-growing areas. You will execute service work with Motion-Drive Service in Adana,Turkey. Reporting to the Drives Service Manager ,you will act as the technical point person between customers and extended ABB teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories.
- Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
- Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.
- Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods.
- Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customers.

Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing drives for all types of industries and applications.
- Knowledge of AC/DC drives technology, industrial communications (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, industrial routers, cloud-based services, etc.) and remote monitoring and remote support systems.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Turkish knowledge is a must.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support. Up to 70% travel required.
- Current car driving license (type B).
