ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Specialist/Engineer to represent ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) in İstanbul.
As Field Service Specialist/Engineer you will be responsible for service on ZEISS Electron Microscope (EM) instruments.
Job Description
- Provide full range of installation services, preventive and corrective maintenance
- Develop solutions to complex problems to ensure strong communication and outstanding customer service
- Provide technical assistance of the Service Manager and other reps for customer enquiries
- Conduct on-site installations of designated Microscopy instruments and relevant devices, accessories
- Provide best-in-class local support to customers
- Provide on site services to ZEISS instruments located in other countries when requested by local/global management
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, e-mail or forwarded by other ZEISS departments
- Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner
- Participate in microscopy trainings/courses provided by ZEISS Global
- Contribution to some internal project to improve service excellence
Requirements
- University degree in a science or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of field service experience in a high volume setting
- Knowledge of microscopy & analytical instruments and techniques
- Preferably experienced in image analysis software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Valid driving license and active driving experience
