QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
PROCESS ANALYST ENGINEER
Position Purpose
The position is responsible for analysing technical aspect of production performance to identify the improvement areas of process through IWS methodology. The incumbent will act as an administrator for GSC Innovate (Suggestion Management System) and ensure targeted response time via close follow up. She/He will be accountable for coordination of 5S3R improvements in factory via periodical assessments in line with EHS standards.
The position will be reporting to Process Analyst Manager.
Responsibilities
- Being accountable to gather data and provide accurate and able to analyse breakdown reasons and find proper ways for effective follow up.
- Analysing production performance and preparing KPI report for related parties while highlighting improvement areas.
- Coordinating continuous improvement projects and preparing periodical update reports for Management Team.
- Coordinating Local Innovate Event which engages all functions in sharing projects & ideas.
- Acting as suggestion system administrator while ensuring targeted response time via close follow up with department coordinators.
- Coordinating 5S3R improvements in the factory via periodical assessments and status updates.
- Involving in problem solving sessions of production cell organizations with strong analysis and additional perspective.
- Providing support during Annual Strategic Planning period via gathering required information to prepare necessary analysis and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering),
- 1-3 years experience in production processes,
- Analytical thinker and good at interpreting and analysing data,
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Intermediate knowledge/experience working with MS Office applications and MS Power BI.
- IWS knowledge is an asset.
