Rönesans Holding is targeting to recruit a Finance Director for JV with Sojitz Corporation in Healthcare sector based in the headquarters in Levent, İstanbul with the following qualifications.


Selection Criteria

  • Bachelors or higher degree in BA, economics, or engineering from a reputable university (having an MBA is a plus);
  • 8 to 14 years of professional experience in corporate finance, banking, or similar fields;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong project management skills,
  • Ability to work on multiple projects across products and sectors while working to deadlines and managing time effectively;
  • Ability to maintain and develop complex financial models and presentations;
  • Sufficient technical knowledge in accounting, tax, financial analysis, valuation, debt structuring, and etc;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing;
  • Previous experience in Japanese Companies is a plus,
  • Exposure to DFIs, ECAs, and international loan markets is a plus,
  • Previous experience in infrastructure or public-private-partnership (PPP) is a plus;


Duties and Accountabilities

  • Preparing and controlling financial budgets,
  • Managing financial affairs. Preparing and following financial statements in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law.
  • Executing invoicing and collection procedures for Facility Management and Consulting Company (“FMCO”) and Ministry of Health. Follow-up of payments to partners and FMCO.
  • Experienced in Financial Modeling and updating in addition to performing appropriate covenant and compliance checks
  • Contract Management and follow-up on related responsibilities.
  • Execution of Bank Relations. Follow-up of needs of consent and waiver. Ensuring coordination by regular contact with Banks' Technical Advisors and Lawyers.
