QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

FINANCE EXPERT


Job Description:

• To be the 1st level responsible of short & Long Term Cash Flow Statement

• To follow up the daily operational transactions with banks and to manage the processes,

• Ensuring the accounting of bank records,

• Preparing bank payment instructions and following signatures,

• To follow, implement and report collection strategies,

• To prepare the weekly payment plan to be made to the suppliers,

• Performing daily financial operations,

• To provide daily cash and bank controls, to perform records,

• Being responsible for system entry and filing of collection receipts,

• To record and follow up cheques, promissory notes, letters of guarantee,

• Preparing and presenting daily/weekly/monthly financial reports (collection target reports, incoming-remaining collections, etc.),

• To receive and deliver documents with banks and official institutions,

Qualification:

• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,

• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field,

• Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level,

• Having knowledge of a uniform chart of accounts, basic finance and accounting records,

• Preferably able to use,

• Must be fluent in English,

• Prone to teamwork, developed written and verbal communication skills,

• Having a productive and enterprising structure that can manage time well,

• Prefers to establish constructive communication and attaches importance to ethical values,

• Careful, planned, analytical and result-oriented in business follow-up,

• Male candidates must have completed military service,
