GENEL NİTELİKLER
Requirements:
- Experience in finance/accounting/budgeting, preferably gained within a Big4 firm and/or a retail organization
- University Degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
- Advanced command in English
- Interest in Turkish GAAP and USGAAP
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent team player, well-organized, pro-active and creative
- Ensuring all activities and processes are compliant to company reporting standards which are under his/her responsibility.
- Result oriented and strong attention to detail
- Good command of MS Office applications (Oracle knowledge is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to monthly closing processes by analyzing and controlling the financial transactions and coordinating the necessary adjustments, if any
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for management
- Support the preparation of the yearly budgeting process and monthly forecast process
- Perform monthly variance and bridge analysis (actual-forecast and budget)
- Perform rent analysis
- Preparation of all financial presentations for monthly meetings
- Preparation of periodic regional and management reports
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments & look for ways to improve payment processes
