We are looking for a : Finance Manager located in Antalya OSB.
What does the department look like?
You are part of Koppert Turkey, consisting of 55 employees. Koppert Turkey produces and sells Koppert products within Turkey. You have a team of 3 people.
What are you going to do?
The Finance Manager (FM) reports to the General Manager of Koppert Turkey. Accurate, pro-active and involved are key elements of this role.
As such, you are also a living example of our mission and core values ??as part of the global Koppert family.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Directs the monthly and year-end financial closing processes;
- Ensures accurate recording of all company assets and liabilities;
- Drives the creation and maintenance of annual budgets, continuous forecasts and variance analysis.
- Supports Mgt Team in making financial decisions regarding business development;
- Ensures accuracy in the company cost management system;
- Maintains accurate cash flow forecasts;
- Provides input for the financial-, cost- and tax accounting processes;
- Provides assistance to outside auditors to review company books;
What are you bringing to Koppert?
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related
- 5+ years relevant experience;
- Proficient communication in English;
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting;
- Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports;
- High-level experience with financial and/or accounting software;
- Understanding of Financial Controls;
- Experience in Horticulture, Agriculture and Manufacturing industries is an asset.
