GENEL NİTELİKLER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and accept responsibility for all finance functions.
- Oversee Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and all management reports, Ad-Hoc reports after controlling and analysis monthly closings.
- Support the annual budget studies to be finalized within the Group timetable.
- Support quarterly forecast studies and guide local P&L estimation tasks.
- Ensure smooth month end close processes are in place.
- Review IFRS and group and management reports periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually), and adapt to the changing reporting standards where necessary.
- Preparing the necessary data for the internal and external auditors and support the audit processes.
- Ensuring effective collaboration with all relevant departments for the collection of accurate and timely information to update Power BI based reports on a monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in Audit (Big 4 experience is a plus)
- 3-4 years experience in Finance Management role of multinational companies with team management experience.
- SMMM certificate is a plus.
- Preferably experienced in Microsoft Axapta, Hyperion, Power BI.
- Talented in data analytics and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel and Powerpoint).
- Strong analytical & reporting skills with multi-tasking and result oriented competency.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
