GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description

The main responsibilities are to support Team Leader and Deputy Department Manager and ultimately Management to manage and control all finance matters and risks related to the trading business and investment in our company.

Tasks of Finance Function

  • Daily cash management
  • Correspondent with banks
  • Dealing with foreign currency contract
  • Checking cash flow projection
  • Monthly reporting of cash management and forex positions

Tasks of Risk Management Function

  • Support for Business Departments for controlling risk and enhancing profit through conducting the function of an ''in-house advisor''.
  • Analysis and assessment of the risks (Mainly Credit Risk)
  • Day to day risk management routine (Internal Credit Application, Handling Credit Balance, Monitoring etc.)
  • Customer visits in relation to risk management matters upon the Business Departments' request
  • Making suggestion and proposing appropriate solutions to the Business Departments

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Solid finance or credit and trade transactional risk analysis experience gained in a trading company or financial institution for at least 2years up to around 5years
  • Experience liaising with and advising stakeholders at various levels within a multinational environment
  • Experience in working under pressure with strict deadline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical ability with a capacity to think logically and clearly
  • Effective, clear and concise report writing skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to apply past knowledge and experience to similar matters
  • Ability to consider by him/herself and propose their opinion to managers
