QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JD:

Financial results reported periodically reflect a true and fair representation of underlying business whereby exposures are visible and where required included in the financial results.

Ensure visibility and timely reporting of periodical P/L data (GP/PDP/EBITDA/EBIT) to form part of the MOS cycle.

Ensure that proper accruals are reviewed as part of monthly closing.

Support the Management in providing value added analytical support related to performance management of the activity/facility related to profitability, job-costings, margins.

Support Product Functional (Finance) Transformation. (Platforms, Leadership Engagement)

Establishes databases of pertinent information for use in analyzing future plans and forecasts.

Analyzes financial information to determine present and future financial performance.

Identifies trends and recommends improvements accordingly.

Provide forward looking and independently initiate analysis on margins, trends and areas of opportunities.

Requirements:

As a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Working experience as finance controller or similar role. (3-6 years)

Able to work in a fast changing environment and dealing with ambiguity.

Software skills: Advanced Microsoft office, Advanced Excel is a must and basic Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills, challenger mindset, high drive and focus on personal development.

Ability to work with big data.

Being able to simplify finance concept and results in easily understandable message for non-finance people.

Advance English level. (spoken and written)
