Summary of the role

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work in Amadeus financial actual reporting and as a team member in controlling plans monthly financial forecasts.

In this role you’ll:

Common accountabilities:

· Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in Financial Analysis reporting.

· Works using SAP Finance actuals and plans monthly forecasts and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.?

· Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

· Experience in SAP Financial reporting

Specific accountabilities:

· Conduct complex financial analysis to determine present and future performance. Documenting all data and findings thoroughly, the Sr. Financial Analyst presents findings to appropriate management personnel. Financial forecasting is a crucial part of this process and is used to aid in budget creation.

· Prepares budget vs. actual reports, monthly financial Amadeus reports, plans vendor management, prepares monthly e-book submission.

· Communicates results and presents business recommendations to upper and executive-level management.

· Capitalizes on functional and technical knowledge to lead the activity and perform at the highest level.

· Contributes to build a healthy and collaborative environment, leading as example in the Finance team.

About the ideal candidate

· University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

· At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling and budgeting

· Strong understanding of business processes, accounting fundamentals, auditing, internal control,

· Good understanding of the travel and distribution industry would be an asset

· Experience with SAP Finance R3 in all modules, experience in SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel

· Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

· Ability to clearly communicate information to a wide range of audiences

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are musts
