QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make accurate, relevant and timely management reports and financial analysis to accurately reflect the status of the business,
  • Be responsible to process information, prepare and develop analytical tools and presentations on the performance of the business area on a regular and ad hoc basis,
  • Maintain and update the reporting system and process,
  • Participate in projects for supporting any involvement concerning finance and accounting,
  • Support Business Controller in coordination and facilitation of external audits including the annual audit and interim state audits,
  • Communicate and work with other departments to give feedback,
  • Research, analyze and report on financial factors which are influencing business performance,
  • Design, review and update the reporting system and methods to further develop the management report package,
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities,
  • Assist Business Controller with budgetary control and ad-hoc projects,
  • Assist in implementation and development of planning process,
  • Further develop and implement credit function in BPCS to enhance the control over credit management procedure,
  • Maintain and further develop functional cost analysis and forecast model,
  • Prepare the demo stock reports and support BC in order to maintain the efficiency,
  • Follow and report the landed cost factor cost and support on necessary action for the efficiency,
  • Assist in calculation of monthly provisions. Calculate, check and confirm monthly accruals,
  • Prepare the forecast reports and analyses in coordination with the sales team,
  • Support the sales team and management with internal reports including sales, GP, segment reports,
  • Compare the results with the plan and support Business Controller for taking action in order to reach the targets,
  • Calculate salesman commission monthly according to the company’s commission policy,
  • Check financial tables regularly to make sure the monthly financial reports prepared by the accounting team are accurate,
  • Create reports in PSM module and make analysis in order to contribute the efficiency,
  • Develop financial and business reports required by the management,
  • Follow up and execute IMS policy, objectives, processes and programs, particularly those linked to job performed, actively monitor changes in these standards in order to maintain up to date knowledge of the processes,
  • Act fuly in line with Business Code of Practice, The Way we Do Things standards, OH&S rules and other internal standars as well as legal regulations relevant for the job performed,
  • Execute other job realted activities assigned by reporting manager or Business Controller

What we expect of you?

  • University degree in Business Administation, Economy or related area,
  • At least 2 years working experience as accounting & finance positions,
  • Microsoft Office skill,
  • Presentation skill,
  • International accounting knowledge (IFRS) would be an asset,
  • Communication skill,
  • SAP knowledge is an asset,
  • Fluent in spoken and written English ,
  • Planning & organizing,
  • Proactive,
  • Analysis,
  • Detail focused ,
  • Military service must be completed for males.
