QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Elemental Geri Donusum A.S. is the leading e-recycling company in Turkey is now recruiting! We are looking for an experienced person to fill Financial Controller position.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist CFO to manage whole financial and reporting aspect of activity of the Company including accounting, controlling, assuring bank financing, liquidity management, managerial reporting, reporting to shareholders,
- Assist the CFO to Manage business of the Company in a way assuring best interest of the Company and its shareholders,
- Assist the CFO & CEO to Propose to shareholders long term strategy of development of the Company including long term development initiative, entering into new fields of business,
- Assist CFO to assure prompt and up-to-date current reporting of the results of the Company to shareholders including: monthly reports, quarterly reports enabling consolidation of results according to IFRS standards, semi-annual and annual reports meeting IFRS standards and delivered in time allowing for meeting reporting deadlines for shareholders,
- Assist the CFO & CEO to Manage commercial policy of the Company based on the following material principles: gradual elimination of advances having been provided to vendors, sustaining from any increase of exposure in advances given to vendors, following the model of cash against or after delivery, review of gross margin per vendor and increase of gross margins below minimum level, focusing on development of the business profitable areas and areas where the Company has natural advantages versus competitors,
- Assist CFO to assure protection of Company’s assets including fixed assets, integrity of stocks, vindication of receivables,
- Assist CFO for providing management services within the ongoing business activity of the Company, in particular:
(a) ensure creation and implementation of the Company strategy designed to grow the business;
(b) increase market share and exploit new markets/segments to reach growth targets;
(c) develop strategic trade relationships across region, identify suitable business opportunities, engage personally in key or targeted accounts;
(d) cooperate with each Group company, share and exchange know-how, good practices and business opportunities for collective benefits;
- Assist CFO for overseeing the operational activities of the Company and/or affiliated companies of the Company, in particular Elemental Geri Donusum A.S.;
- Implementing the strategies as defined within the Group;
- Making such reports to the board of Elemental Geri Donusum A.S. in connection with the affairs of the Company on such matters and at such times as are reasonably required;
- Assist CFO for using his best endeavors to promote, protect, develop and extend the business of the Company and any Group company.
Our Requirements
Have at least University bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar areas;
Have 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience;
Are fluent in both Turkish and English (Polish is a big plus) (oral and written);
Are proficient in MS Office applications;
Have strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers (external and internal applicable);
Are able to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage key responsibilities.
