QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a team member for financial control & reporting specialist position who will support us about corporate transformation project of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
- 2-3 years of experience in production companies,
- Knowledge of General Accounting Principles,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities through strong organizational skills, implement new and improve current processes,
- Advanced command of written and oral English,
- Advanced command of MS.Office applications, especially MS.Excel,
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Excellent communication skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably driver licensed and active driver,
Preferably residing in Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca or İstanbul Anatolian Side.
Responsibilities
- Leading month end and year end closing processes,
- Preparation of management, productivity and other ad-hoc reports,
- Preparation of budget reviews, foreacts and related variances,
- Developing and documenting business processes of finance department to maintain and strenghten internal control,
- Profitability analysis of new product requests,
- Supporting to develop financial risk management.
