We are looking for a candidate to join our Financial Affairs Department as Financial Control Specialist in our HQ.
Qualifications
-Having a bachelor or master degree in Economy, Accounting, BA or BA Engineering,
-Having experience in international finance departments of multinational companies and audit experience (Especially Big 4 audit companies),
-At least 2 years experiences in related fields,
-Excellent command of written and spoken English,
-Being able to using accounting package systems,
-Being good in MS Office programmes,
-Having knowledge of legal regulations and uniform chart of accounts,
-Being capable of reading and interpreting financial data,
-Having strong analytical thinking and being solution-oriented,
-Having good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively to assist staff across the organization.
Job Description
-Being a key accounting person for international branches,
-Being responsible all overseas accounting operations and statutory compliance activities,
-Ensuring all companies' investments comply with the Budget,
-Supporting financial communication between head quarter and international branches,
-Ensuring that all accounting transactions are properly prepared and reported,
-Managing any related party transactions in alignment with the relevant teams,
-Taking an active role for improving efficiency & quality of the accounting process,
-Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported,
-Following the foreign tax legislation, informing and directing the relevant units.
