QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Financial Controller at Eskişehir for our customer, the world's leading raw material producer of high quality chocolate and cocoa products, headquartered in Zurich Switzerland and operating in more than 40 countries with more than 12.000 employees.
Job Descriptions
- Auditing all company accounts and investments,
- Generating monthly and annual reports to identify trends, financial forecasts and results.
- Monitoring the transactions and directing the cash flow by regularly reviewing the internal reports,
- Supervising and managing finance department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
- Suggesting updates and improvements to accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
- Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported.
- Creating and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation,
- Regularly reviewing all financial plans and budgets to find cost reduction opportunities.
- Creating systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations,
- Reporting to senior management with timely and accurate financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years experiences
- Knowledge of the dynamics of the sector,
- Knowledge of information technologies,
- Demonstrate effective communication skills

- Detail oriented
- Fluent Business English
