QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and accurately reporting the monthly operation results on time to management including performance comparisons to plan and forecast
- Leading the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
- Developing tools and reports to provide better cost transparency for the operations
- Improving the operation forecast accuracy through the understanding of cost drivers/ flows
- Overhead Cost Controlling
- Working on cost reduction initiatives together with operations and procurement teams
- Performing cost analysis reports for transfer pricing review
- Communicating and work, as needed, with different stakeholders in different functions and locations
- Performing purchasing controlling for price variances
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant financial controlling and reporting experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills,
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines
- Flexible and open-minded, quick to adapt to changing requirements
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- SAP knowledge and experience is an asset
