QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate who will be the part of our Finance team and take place as "Financial Controller".
Job description:
- Responsible for preparation and coordination of financial reporting. Leading the monthly closing process.
- Taking an active role on budget process
- Controlling and managing Intercompany Transaction process
- Supporting the restrucuring process of ERP
- Drive detailed performance analysis of actual results vs budget.
- Supporting operations and sales department for costing and pricing.
- Prepare periodic management reports for Executive teams in accordance with IFRS
- Continuously improve accounting infrastructure to create maximum efficiency in the financial reporting and budget process.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Economics/Finance, Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of big four experience is must. Additional experience in a similar position in multinational companies is a plus
- Experience on budget and reporting
- Experience on IFRS reporting
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced level written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions for day-to-day problems
- Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
- Self motivated and result oriented
