QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating bookkeeping, tax filing, e-ledger internally and externally in cooperation with Service Provider and GBS,
- Coordinating internal, external audit with the auditors,
- Processing bank guarantees for Customers / Subcontractors,
- Following up legal commercial and company issues with lawyers,
- Accounting support,
- Following up Tax Payments,
- Support on the month end and year end closing processes,
- Preparing Transfer Pricing documentation and CbC reports,
- Preparing and submitting reports to Turkish Statistics Institute,
- Support on administrative activities,
- Contract related support with regards to local delivery and payment terms,
- Monitor project activities, oversee project budgeting and actual costs. Create and adjust project budgets when needed,
- Generate project reports including but not limited to project completion, contingencies and warranties, actual vs budget comparisons.
Requirements & Competences:
- Degree in Business Administration or similar,
- Preferably a CPA holder,
- 3-5 years experience in similar position,
- Local tax rules knowledge,
- Experience in IFRS and Statutory reporting/bookkeeping,
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting,
- Contract knowledge,
- Good communication skills with Client, Vendors and all Stakeholders,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Strategic thinking,
- Ability to work under pressure and constant change,
- Ability to follow up the processes in regard to legal and contractual terms,
- Ethical and corporate approach to finance and company information,
- Advanced excel skills,
- SAP FI CO PS knowledge.
