QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for Financial Controller Specialist. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
Job Description:
- Take part in consolidation of sub-Yıldız Holding consolidation levels
- Reviewing IFRS financials of companies annually
- Following updates of IFRS and principles of regulatory boards (CMB and POA)
- Provide expert financial reporting, IFRS and HFM support across the Group
- Assisting the systems & IT teams with suitable upgrades to the HFM system
- Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Preparation and submission of monthly early warning report,
- Prepare and control the monthly/quarterly financial reports and perform variance analysis and analytical review
- Give necessary support to management reporting project,
- Guidance on budget processes of Yıldız Holding Group
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar fieldsfrom reputable universities.
- S/he should have a minimum 3-4 year experience in a Big4 audit firms
- Advance command of verbal and written English
- Good knowledge of IFRS and legal Turkish accounting
- Proficiency in use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
