QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Financial Controlling and Reporting Specialist to take part in Lidya Madencilik located in Zincirlikuyu/Sisli.

QALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field,

· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in one of the following areas; Budgeting and Planning, Audit, Financial Reporting, preferably in mining business context,

· Having audit experience is highly preferred,

· Experience in business planning, reporting and controlling processes,

· Very good understanding of IFRS accounting,

· SAP experience is preferred,

· High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,

· Result oriented and initiative taker with positive “can do” attitude,

· Efficient team player, very easygoing and able to manage good relations with different types of people,

· Analytical thinking and strong communication skills,

· Good command of both written and spoken English,

· No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Working closely within a team of accountants where bookkeeping and accounting activities are conducted in accordance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS simultaneously,

· Preparation and consolidation of monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS,

· Taking active role of preparing annual budgets, quarterly projections, and long term strategic plans,

· Comparing actual to budgeted/projected results at the end of each reporting period and report on significant variances. Providing analysis and comments on actuals and variances,

· Be responsible for IFRS reporting processes in the SAP system,

· Ensuring effective collaboration of accurate and timely information for the relevant reporting process.

· Preparation of IFRS audit reports, coordination of independent audit works,

· Preparation of financials for internal and external audiences,

· Development and implementation of controlling and reporting systems and templates,

· Supporting the designing of controlling processes,

· Analysis and presentations of Ad-Hoc requests,
