GENEL NİTELİKLER
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- Strong knowledge and experience in Turkish GAAP, Capital Markets Board regulations and IFRS reporting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit.
- Big4 background is preferable,
- Cost controlling, Plant controlling experience in a manufacturing company is a plus
- Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills & team work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a strict deadline oriented environment with a high sense of responsibility, outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Project management skills and experience with stakeholder management
- Excellent command of English & Turkish
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office & SAP
- BPC and HFM experience is preferable
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Monthly profitability and cost analysis, inventory controlling of plants
· Taking active role in the budgeting and forecasting with BPC system
· Analyzing business performance with budget vs actual analysis and preparing ad-hoc reports.
· Preparing monthly group reporting packages for production KPIs and HFM reporting to Parent Company
· Preparing monthly reports presented to top management and Parent Company
· Supporting quarterly CMB report preparations
· Working in close relationship with External Auditors and the reporting team of Group Companies
