We are looking for a "Financial Planning and Control Executive" for our client. Our client is one of the leading global FMCG companies operating at a global scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related sciences
- Total of 3-4 years of experience; Big 4 Audit experience is an asset, related experience, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing sectors in Finance/Budget/Financial Reporting/Financial Controlling Departments
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs especially in MS Excel. SAP
- Good planning and time management skills, able to work with strict deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Critical thinking ability and problem solving skills
- Eager to learn and self development
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
· Preparing business plan, budget and forecast studies of the company;
· Preparing the monthly P/L, budget vs. actual comparison analysis;
· Making review of monthly closing process (Financial Management Controls);
· Preparing monthly closing reports on a timely basis;
· Preparing monthly performance reports for the top management;
· Ensuring solid Financial Controlling, Reporting, Budgeting, Analysis and Finance Partnering processes, effective and timely performed.
· Expediting ad-hoc requests for financial analysis from different stakeholder.
