QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economy, Business Administration,
  • Minimum 3 years experience in audit and financial reporting (big four experience preferred),
  • Good knowledge of accounting and IFRS reporting standards,
  • Budgeting experience is a plus,
  • High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Ability to work flexible hours,
  • Business support & analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve at all levels of the organization,
  • Curious, love to research and have ability to understand intuition for the way that companies make decisions,
  • Pro-active team player, analytical and goal driven profile,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.


Job Description:

  • Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports under IFRS,
  • Taking active role in the annual budget process and year-end forecasts,
  • Producing detailed analysis on actual performance versus budget,
  • Controlling purchases under department budget figures,
  • Actively participating in ERP implementations,
  • Periodical audits on tenants’ turnover,
  • Assisting to company and real estate valuation processes,
  • Working in close relationship with External Auditors,
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management.
