QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- University degree in Economy, Business Administration,
- Minimum 3 years experience in audit and financial reporting (big four experience preferred),
- Good knowledge of accounting and IFRS reporting standards,
- Budgeting experience is a plus,
- High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Ability to work flexible hours,
- Business support & analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve at all levels of the organization,
- Curious, love to research and have ability to understand intuition for the way that companies make decisions,
- Pro-active team player, analytical and goal driven profile,
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
Job Description:
- Preparing monthly financial statements and management reports under IFRS,
- Taking active role in the annual budget process and year-end forecasts,
- Producing detailed analysis on actual performance versus budget,
- Controlling purchases under department budget figures,
- Actively participating in ERP implementations,
- Periodical audits on tenants’ turnover,
- Assisting to company and real estate valuation processes,
- Working in close relationship with External Auditors,
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by the management.
