QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS,
- Preparation of management reports in IFRS basis,
- Understand the financial drivers of the business model in different countries Global Kapital Group operate,
- Work with country finance teams closely on all matters of financial analysis,
- Detailed review of Group's domestic and foreign subsidiaries and their consolidation packages,
- Performing monthly financial statements analytical reviews at a consolidated level and reporting to the top management,
- Provide audit reports and all supporting documents for external audit,
- Managing and coordinating relations with various parties including external auditors and financial institutions,
- Monthly analysis of budget variances with actual figures,
- Support to provide all third party and internal reporting requirements,
- Assist to department for developing and improving procedures,
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- OUALIFICATIONS:
- Education : Bachelor's (preferably Economics, Engineering, Business Administration)
- Military Status : Completed,
- Foreign Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English,
- Experience Period : Minimum 5 Years,
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation and reporting. Independent audit experience is a must. FX Brokerage experience is an asset.
- Computer Knowledge: Excellent command of MS Office programs.
