QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
During the 30 years from the day of its establishment, İltekno has realized a number of innovative power generation and cogeneration/trigeneration applications in various sectors like hotels, hospitals, airports, universities, landfills, biogas plants, industrial facilities and IPPs. With its in-house engineering, design, procurement, installation and after-sales services, Iltekno offers turnkey solutions with the most appropriate configurations to meet the needs of its customers.
Now, İltekno is looking for a Financial Specialist who will be reporting to Financial Manager. Position will be responsible for the financial records andmanaging account payables and receivables activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, checking and processing incoming and outgoing invoices,
- Preparation and monitoring cash flow,
- Following up daily check, cash and document transactions,
- Preparation of reporting requirements,
- Support in preparation of payment batches,
- Activities to optimize and standardize Finance and Controlling processes,
- Preparation of reporting, analysis and circulation for management as well as for external reporting,
- Ensuring iltekno work ethics are considered and adhered to within company processes,
Experience / Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field,
- Good accounting and/or finance background,
- 1- 3 years of experience in any functions in finance in multinational organization is preferably,
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills,
- Attention to accuracy and detail required,
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Advanced and agile computer skills to effectively use software to analyze financial information,
- Very good level of English (both written and spoken),
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team,
- Strong communication skills,
