QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

• Set up Finance Policy, procedures, and programs, implement and manage all related activities accordingly.
• Performandfollowallfinancialtransactions (daily & weekly)andpreparingcashflowplansandprojections.
• Ensurethepreparation ofthebudgetplanningapplicationthroughoutthecompany inaccordancewiththestrategies,consolidatingthebudgetscomingfromthedepartmentsandsubmitthemtothe Finance & AccountingManager'sapproval.
• Ensurethepreparationandconsolidation ofcompanybudgets, transferthemtothebudget program.
• Followupandreportthedepartment-basedrealizations ofthecompanybudget.
  
• Ensureimplementionandupdatetheshort,mediumandlongtermcashflow plan inlinewithcompanystrategiesandpreparecashflowrealizationreports.
  
• Proactivelycarryoutactivitiesthatwillpreventthecompanyfromfallinginto acashdeficit initsinvestmentsandexpenditures.
  
• Controlandapprovethechecksgoingtothe bank onthesystem.
  
• Controltheaccountingrecords offinancialtransactions.
  
• Ensurethattherecords ofthevaluabledocuments (collateralletters,checks,promissorynotes,etc.)arereceived,deliveredtothe bankortothesafeto bekept.
  
• Checkandapprovepaymentplans.
  
• Controlforeignexchangetransactions.
  
• Makethefinancialplanning ofthecompanyandensuretheeffectiveandefficientmanagement ofthecompany'sassets.
  
• Ensureandsupportcoordinationbetweenthedepartments intheauditprocessescarriedoutwithinthescope ofindependentaudit,internalauditetc.Managetherelationswiththecompetentauthorityandthe CPAfirm.
  
• Ensurethatchanges inallrelevantlegislationarecommunicatedtotherelevantmanagers.
  
• Aftercompletingallthetransactionsfortherelevantmonth,checktheaccounts inthetrialbalanceandcorrecttheerroneoustransactions.
  
• Supportexternal/internalauditprocesses.
  
• Establishandimprovethe FinanceRelatedinternalcontrolprocess.
  
• Coordinate of alltypes ofpayments (bankingoperations,checksandothertransactionsetc.).
  
• Ensureapplication oftheGroup'sfinancialpolicies.
  
• Manageandmaintainrelationshipforallcommercialbanksandfinancialinstitutions.
  

Requirements:

• Having at least 10 years of experience, at least 5 years of managerial experience.Experience in Steel/Stainless Steel industry & CPAfirm is aplus.
• Good level of English
