QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Finance area preferably at an international industrial environment
- Audit background preferred (preferably in Big 4)
- Fluent in in both written & spoken English
- Good knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Experience on IFRS Reporting is an asset
- Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications with in-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of cost of product/cost accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and solid numerical skills,
- Strong communication skills (effective communication with different levels and functions of the Company)
- Strong problem solving, strong planning and organizational skills
- Motivated to perform budget controlling, pricing studies, reporting and data analysis
- Self starter, collaborative team player,
- Capable to cope with high and fast pressure environment
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work with strict deadlines

İŞ TANIMI
- Main responsiblity of the role is assiting finance team in bleow mentioned areas;
- Preparing cost calculations and price scenarios for new products.
- Coordinating price updates for differenet business units.
- Supporting preparation of the annual business plan as well as weekly and monthly projections
- Required to analyze any negative trends to ensure compliance with objectives
- Responsible to ensure the integrity of the plant's financials are maintained
- Performs regular reviews of the plant's capital and expense project funds to ensure budget and performance measurements, including the critical success factors
- Supporting preparation of the monthly performance measurements, including the critical success factors
- Supporting preparation of the monthly variance analysis and bridge between plan, forecast, and actual results
