We are looking for a financial control Specialist to take part in our Holding, which operates in the mining, textile, agriculture and livestock, construction sectors.
Financial Control Specialist
Job Description
• Lead month-end closing, run financial controls and prepare the financial report as per group accounting policies,
• Analyse budget/actual variances from an accuracy of financials perspective and initiate improvement actions where necessary,
• Coordinate annual IFRS audit, control and validate the outputs,
• Monitor accounting infrastructure to continuously improve the systematic control environment,
• Design accounting and finance workflows, document policy and procedures,
• Establish a cost control and reporting system and detect trends to produce saving opportunities,
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms is a strong asset,
• Undergraduate degree from Economy, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields from reputable universities (master’s degree is an additional asset),
• Excellent command of English,
• Problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills,
• In depth knowledge of IFRS and TFRS ,
• High proficiency in MS Office Applications (mainly Excel and PowerPoint),
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellency in planning and organizational skills,
• Self-motivated, result oriented, problem solver
