QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities

To oversee both the service and appearance of the Spa and Fitness & Wellness areas.

To continually monitor equipment usage and attendance of guests in all health, fitness and wellness activities and programs.

To review and follow up accordingly with equipment maintenance contracts.

To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.

Must have the ability to courteously interact and answer all spa and hotel related questions with guests.

To be responsible for the recruitment and selection of Spa-Fitness Facilitators, Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors.

To support the growth of Spa-Fitness Facilitators in achieving their fitness-oriented career goals within the Company.

To train the personnel to be able to explain all Fitness & and Wellness programs.

To conduct fitness and wellness program as and when is necessary.

To secure bookings, scheduling, itineraries – full administration duties for all Fitness & Wellness activities and complimentary/ wellness programs.

To be responsible for the creation, management and growth of Wellness & Fitness programs for Guests, Groups and Conventions.

To create and present ideas for all fitness and wellness programs.

To support the Spa Director and Hotel Financial Controller in the spas overall financial performance and the annual spa budget process.

To support the Spa Director and Sales and Marketing Department in establishing advertising and promotional material for the hotel & Spa.

To manage fitness membership sales, customer history and to monitor system creation in Fitness Department.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal.

Fluent in Turkish and English. Additional languages would be beneficial.

Quality driven with a passion for excellence.

Minimum 3 years experiences in similar position ( luxury hotel experience would be beneficial ).

Adheres to, supports and carries out the strategic Company’s vision and values.

Must have great problem-solving skills.
