GENEL NİTELİKLER

Role Purpose


We are looking for intern for Fixed Network Quality department.


Your Place in the team


This role is responsible for;

  • improving service quality & functional capability across Technology
  • defining the quality standards of fixed services and processes by means of KPIs and SLAs in order to meet the customer satisfaction
  • preparing and tracking performance and quality dashboards of each service & process
  • performing deep dive analysis, highlighting the rootcauses and contact with related teams to be taken actions
  • build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight, allow for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and customer activity
  • following up quality related improvement actions and issues until they are fully completed and solved
  • assisting in implementing industry best practices
  • conducting cross functional companywide project / programs


We are looking for you if you have

  • A final year student in Electronics & Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related engineering departments,
  • Eager to learn about fixed products and services, customer experience and work with various departments,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
