QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or related field,
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar industrial environment (automotive is a plus),
- Proficient in English,
- Proficiency with MS Office products,
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Willingness and ability to work well in teams,
- Good interpersonal communication skills,
- Proactive, result oriented,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Having a B-class driver's license and not having any domestic/international travel barriers,
- Candidates residing/willing to reside in Bursa are sought.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for monitoring all FMEA related activities,
- Leads the team to complete the DFMEA/PFMEA and ensures deliverability in accordance with Project time plan,
- Good command of FMEA technique and sufficient experience in its applications. Manages FMEAs through competencies,
- Enables efficient FMEA meetings,
- Provides input to FMEA, drawing on experiences and lessons learned during the validation phase,
- Manages and reports FMEA updates in order to prevent quality losses that experienced during previous Project phases,
- Updates FMEAs with the information it receives from Product Design, Project and Project Quality teams and provides input to product design and process teams in new projects,
- Responsible for FMEA procedures and processes in MFI systems, carried out under the responsibility of documentation updates,
- Conducts research on FMEA method, follows the literatüre,
- Provides recommendations on FMEA methods and practices.
