QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope

  • Documentation of all analysis report.
  • Sampling and controlling all received products in accordance with quality standards.
  • Ensures that the all samples that have been taken are tested.
  • Maintain and keep all food safety records.
  • Fulfill the requirements of food safety and HACCP Systems applications.
  • Coordinates and performs periodical internal audits in the production area and ensure HACCP is applied.
  • Conducts hygiene & food safety trainings to related staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering.
  • Good command over written and spoken English.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in similar position in a luxury lifestyle brand
  • Demonstrate competent computer skills.
  • Great knowledge in HACCP systems.
  • Excellent counseling skills.
  • Good all round knowledge of Hotel food&beverage operations.
  • Highly interactive.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Ability to manage, train and motivate a variety of people.
  • Able to converse and resolve the issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Can identify priorities and effectively execute tasks/projects accordingly and in a timely manner.
