QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the Food Engineering department of universities,
- Experienced in quality management and control in the food sector, especially in companies producing pulses,
- Having knowledge of standard practices related to food safety, good command of hygiene rules,
- Good command of English,
- Can use MS Office programs,
- Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense working tempo,
- Analytical, practical and solution oriented,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residing in Gaziantep,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Physical analysis and classification of the products coming to the warehouse,
- Will be able to provide final product shipment processes and warehouse cleaning and hygiene controls,
- Ensuring the inspection and control of the product made in accordance with the production planning prescriptions,
- To control the production in the most efficient way and to offer suggestions on the subject when necessary,
- To analyze and control quality evaluations in accordance with quality system management standards, to prepare and follow up documents,
- To convey the determined quality nonconformities to the relevant units on time and regularly,
- Prior to the periodic audits, will be responsible for making the necessary preparation and accompanying the inspection processes.
