QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade, business administration, supply chain management or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics import & export, Logistics and Purchasing departments in metal and production industries
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel
  • Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations
  • High standards of accuracy, proficiency, at working with strict deadlines and under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges
  • Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed
  • Being humble , honest and transparent is crucial


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Controls and coordinates all processes related to foreign trade and logistics.
  • Manages customer relations and informs superior.
  • Carries out studies to organize and improve customer relations.
  • Establishes the necessary organizations to meet the customer demands received.
  • Initiates necessary actions to eliminate customer dissatisfaction.
  • Takes customer complaints and provides coordination for their solution.
  • Makes business plans and supervises the work plans of its employees.
  • Personnel under him; determines the distribution of duties and powers
  • Follows up the delayed orders and takes measures in this regard.
  • Follows up and checks the Order List, checks the compliance of other units &departments with the list at daily meetings held every morning on weekday
