QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Operation Specialist for our representative office based in Ankara.
ALM International, France is a global company operating at Worldwide level with over 40 years of experience in raw material sector. With a total 150 employees based in France, Turkey, China and many African countries, ALM International is acting as a bridge between suppliers and customers thanks to our well established organization.
Hired person will be responsible for;
- Collecting freight offers for our export operations
- Preparing and controlling essential documents
- Organizing bookings and shipment programmes with suppliers and customers
- Working in collobration with our logistic, purchase and sales teams based all around the World
- Following all payment intersections in order to secure operation process
- Supporting purchasing team
- Creating shipment instructions in accordance with the regulations of different countries
- Being familiar with lines' online systems (booking, instruction, invoicing etc.)
Requirements of position;
- Minimum 3 years experience in foreign trade operation
- Licence degree (Graduated from a related field is a plus)
- Advance level English (La connaissance du français est un plus)
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Knowledge of MS Office and to be open for new systems
- Solution based, collaborative and active personality
- Candidate should reside in Ankara
