General Qualifications:
- Graduated from a 4-year university, developed himself in foreign trade, or graduated from a relevant branch of a university / higher vocational school
- Very good at English reading and writing, good at English speaking
- Have at least 3 years of experience in export-import operations and logistics.
- Experienced in preparation of the forms and documents for commercial payments such as payment against documents and letter of credits
- Compatible with teamwork, high communication and analysis skills, able to communicate well with the bank officials and company personnel
- Having high planning and organizational skills, result-oriented and periodic reporting
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point programs
- No restriction to travel abroad
- Male candidates will have completed their military service
Job description:
- Working in harmony with the export personnel, supporting them in all matters, organizing foreign trade demands and communication with customers.
- Ensuring that the products are delivered on time and under appropriate conditions, together with the production department.
- Organizing the entire export operation (logistics and customs) of the products until they reach the customers
- Arranging the necessary paperwork appropriately and prepare periodic reports to the management
