QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As Aroma Bursa Fruit Juice and Food Ind. Inc, which is one of the leading companies in the Fruit Juice Industry, we are now looking for a "FOREIGN TRADE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST” to be assigned in our Head Office in Bursa.
The qualifications that we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, International Trade or related fields
- 5 years of experience in international trade operations (especially in f&b industry)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good command of MS Office Applications (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) and reporting
- Capable of seeing details and discrepancies
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities
- Knowledge of international trade terms and requirements
- Team player
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills
- Problem solving abilities and analytical skills
- Able to closely and accurate operation follow up under time pressure
- Completion of military service for male candidates
- Driving license
- Living in Bursa
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Foreign Trade Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Preparation and checking of business contracts after the business concluded by purchasers/ supplliers
- Follow up the production process of the order; checking stocks level of materials and products
- Responsible for “order to deliver process”, follow up all related process steps, complete required system transactions, issue proforma and commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list and all related documentation (such as L/C etc)
- Organizing transportation and ensure delivery to customer on the time
- Take prompt actions for urgencies, cost offers and routes for logistics transportation
- Contact with related colleagues and transport companies to organise pick-up; manage logistical operations with customs
- Prepare and control export / import documents
- Follow up cash-flow and payments
- Follow-up banking procedures and payments
- Knowledge foreign trade legislations in Turkey
- Importation by using inward processing regime and preparing related export projects
- Preparation and follow-up of incentive and government grant files.
