QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DNG WORKWEAR is a large manufacturer specializing in the production of general PPE (Personal Protection Equipment), medical disposable equipment and devices since 2010. We serve by focusing on constantly improving and renewing our existing products and creating new products that will meet the highest expectations and customer demands. Our factories have a total area of 10,000 m2 and a workforce of more than 600 employees. The monthly average production amount is in the range of 3-3.5 million.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Minimum 3 years of import/export operations experience,

· -Preferably graduated from international trade or engineering departments of universities,

· -Knowing all stages of export,

· -Have advanced knowledge of English language both oral and written, preferably a second,third language,

· -Having an international vision, having managerial and leadership skills to manage all elements of his duty,

· -Presentable, strong communication ability, adopting careful and disciplined work as a principle,

· -Residing live in Ankara,

· -No restriction to travel abroad

· -Plan, organize, manage and monitor all import operations processes from suppliers to destinations via ocean/road/air and ensure freight transactions are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery.

· -Have strong knowledge of Foreign Trade terms, (delivery, payment etc..)

· -Have strong organizational and communication skills,

· -An ERP experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

· -Finding new customers and ensuring the development of the market network,

· -Follow-up and pricing of foreign customer orders,

· -Conducting and tracking all export operations in coordination with internal and external business partners,

· -To organize the documents within the scope of export operations, to ensure that they are archived together with their control and follow-up,

-To carry import/export operations for foreign trade in accordance with company procedures

-To inform and follow all related stakeholders for timely foreign trade operations

· -In order to reach targeted positions in the market, to determine new customers and new channels and to assess them.

· -Strong personal skills and strong communication skills with fluency in both spoken and written English

· -Excellent skills in using MS Office
