We are looking for both "Quality Assurance Specialist " to join us at our Çayırova head office. Come & join us !

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To carry out & ensure the EU compliance of all imported & exported products in accordance with the updated European standarts,
To follow the market surveillance activities and keep ready the full documentation in case they are asked for,
Check all the test reports needed for each sku and inform the manufacturers for the necessary amendments needed and ensure the compliance,
Fully responsible for the whole quality processes held with the labs both local and abroad,
Organize the translation of the manuals of the products,
Organize the labelling of the imported products and ensure the presence of the obligatory signs & warnings for all the toys within the range,
Follow up the “ tareks “ regulations & applications with the customs brokerage team,
To apply & prepare the required technical documents for domestic and international market,
To follow changes and updates at the legislations and update related departments,
To inform and follow all related stakeholders for timely quality assurance operations,
To prepare related and required periodical reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

University graduate from related departments,
Advanced English both written and oral,
Knowledge in legislations and regulations about import, export, free & transit trade regulations,
Knowledge and preferably experience in customs clearance procedures,
Minimum 1 year of import/export operations and/or logistics experience,
Cross-functional experience & team player,
An ERP experience is preferable,
Continuous improvement and development mindset,
Advanced Microsoft Office skills,
No military obligation for male candidates,
Resident at the Anatolian side in Istanbul.
