Job Description
The incumbent will be Reporting to the Maneger, and will be contributing to all operations with his direction such as:
• Perform outbound calls to prospective clients
• Assist clients with inquiries on the trading platforms, products, funding procedures
• Participate in the company’s marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion
• Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends, look for new opportunities and establish credibility with our clients by understanding their requirements
• Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe our services with the aim to convert leads into live trading accounts
• Increasing sales targets by ensuring customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years of related experience in the financial industry or technology sectors preferred
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in Salesforce would be an asset
• Advanced English speaking and understanding skills ( must )
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly, and able to identify key messaging for different audiences
• Independent, self-directed and not afraid to make decisions to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy
• Ability to work flexible hours
• At least one year of experience working in the forex market is must
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Skilled/experienced in data analysis and interpretation,
• Flexible & customer focused
