Fosroc Turkey is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor
Objectives of the role
Based at the Operating Company (OpCo) in Turkey, you will actively lead the maintenance management of all assets ensuring company methodology and standards are rigorously followed
Ensure all process equipment is available, safe and retains critical functionality to facilitate the manufacture of company products
Provide Engineering and Maintenance expertise; leading and developing the maintenance team.
Support Manufacturing, Technical and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) functions.
Implement and manage Preventative Maintenance Programmes to reduce equipment downtime
Become the point of contact for all equipment and site related issues and become an active participant in the company Expert Forum (EF)
Key responsibilities
As the OpCo Maintenance Supervisor you will be accountable for:
Managing Reactive and Preventive Maintenance activities for all manufacturing equipment, utilities and building facilities in line with group procedures
Manage functions key to delivering Professional Maintenance :
Spare parts procurement and inventory management
Lubrication
Workshop
Maintenance PPE
Tools and Specialist Equipment
Documentation – O and M manuals, data sheets etc.
Ensure all equipment meets the necessary legislative compliance
Manage Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
Develop internal resource with the necessary competence to perform the required maintenance duties
Measure and improve equipment performance
Work closely with technical departments ensuring equipment produces the required finish good quality
Manage/Prepare annual maintenance budgets and identify CAPEX spends
Generate monthly reports – inclusive of equipment KPI’s
Maintain high equipment and workplace standards
Support Engineering and Operational Excellence (E & OE) team during projects or when necessary
Management of 3rd party resources:
Civil/Structural engineering
Mechanical, Electrical
Equipment Specialists
Control, Instrumentation and Automation
HVAC.
Act as local Engineering Lead for plant upgrade projects including:
Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements – issuing Permits to Works
Manage vendors/contractors
Perform Equipment quality checks including stage reviews and attend Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Manage Equipment Installation, Commissioning and Testing
Ensure compliance with E & OE project methodology and processes
Assist the company Master Assessment & Action Plan (M.A.A.P.)
Effective resolving of engineering issues, through structured problem solving process
Identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures
Identify equipment related improvement opportunities
Develop effective maintenance plans, leading to increased equipment reliability, reduced downtime and OEE losses.
Maintain an awareness of technological advances and industry best practice
Perform all duties in line with Local and Fosroc Group HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards

1 | Engineering Degree (Related discipline) from a recognised university or a suitable engineering qualification with the necessary experience | 1 | Knowledge of two or more languages (English + Primary Regional Language) |
2 | 6 - 8 years’ experience within a maintenance function/role | 2 | Skills in use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and AutoCAD. |
