Fraud Investigation and Prevention Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Borusan Holding is looking for “Fraud Investigation and Prevention Specialist” with the following qualifications to join Global Internal Audit Team of Borusan Holding

- Investigates all types of notifications and suspicious activities and behaviors that could pose a risk to Borusan Group Companies in Turkey and abroad,

- Identifies fraud patterns, discover new trends and take actions to minimize fraud risks,

- Conducts complex investigation analysis to reach data driven decisions following established processes and procedures,

- Performs well-prepared fraud risk analysis to maintain effective and efficient internal control environment within the company,

- Provides process improvement recommendations having P&L impact on the processes of the company,

- Provides input to processes, risk and control universe,

- Follows up the best practices within the related industries, processes and sub-processes and contributes their implementation within company,

- Supports reporting process to Borusan Holding Ethics Committee,

- Supports management of Borusan Orange Ethics Hotline.

REQUIREMENTS

-University degree in Management, Engineering, Law or other related disciplines

- Advanced English skills, Russian language skill is a plus

- Excellent written business skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate responses

- Demonstrated ability to work with little guidance

- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in forensic services and investigations

- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a changing, fast paced environment

- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both internal and external parties

- Maintains high levels of confidentiality and data security standards

- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to details

- Understanding of investigative landscape and related regulation domestic and/or abroad

- Strong business acumen

- Mobility in Turkey and abroad

- Experience and/or familiarity with information security and IT forensic/data analytics is a plus

- Having "CFE" certificate is a plus
