QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in International logistics, International trade or related fields.
- Having experience in road freight transportation is an asset
- Having strong organization and planning skills.
- Minimum upper intermediate level of both written and spoken English,
- Spanish is also preferable
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Willing to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Having high customer management skills and being customer oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
Job Description:
- Following daily open orders and make sure about their logistical organization.
- Entering data and updating them daily
- Keeping records and using attention to details
- Negotiating with clients to effectively grow cost-effective partnership
- Keeping the clients up to date regarding their shipments
- Working hours are between 14.00 and 23.00
