Job Purpose
Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
Job Description
- Quick response to Express and Road Transport (Freight) Spot Price requests,
- Evaluating all service and freight alternatives for spot price requests and presenting them to customers,
- Following and finalising Spot Price offers,
- Working in accordance with the main performance indicators and targets which they will be responsible for,
- To be in regular communication and cooperation with internal and external customers,
- Contributing to teamwork,
- Carrying out customer-oriented jobs,
- To use time effectively,
- Providing relevant system entries of necessary data and records,
- Efficient use of systems and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from relevant departments,
- Preferably good knowledge in Express Transport or Airline & Road Transport sector,
- Preferably experienced in Express Transport, Air Cargo operation and/or customer service,
- Having a minimum of 1 year pricing experience in the air-land export/import department of companies providing Forwarding services,
- Good command of English,
- Good command of MS Office applications.
