QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Visioncy is an international startup incubator and tech company builder, with locations in Hannover (Germany), and Istanbul (Turkey).
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ''Front-end Developers'' to join our creative team. In this role you will be responsible for managing our company’s web presence, ensuring that our site is user friendly and up-to-date. You will also work to implement new web technologies that will positively impact our users' experience
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is essential.
- Haveat least 3 years of experience as a Front-end Developer
- Hands on experience with latest JavaScript (ES) standards and JS technologies, libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, Express
- Knowledge of HTML5 ( Front-end toolkit Bootstrap, ..), CSS3 (Tailwind CSS Framework, ..), Responsive Design
- Have experience with Sass or other compiled CSS languages
- Have experience with Front End Dev Ops (NPM, WebPack, Gulp, Browserify, Babel, etc.),
- Have experience indeveloping and testing on multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets,
- Have an understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and their solutions,
- Like to stay up to date on emerging technologies,
- Are knowledgeable aboutversion control systems (such as Git),
- Knowledge of frontend testing – Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Jest, writing unit tests
- Experience working as a member of a software development team, e.g. participating in Planning sessions and interpreting user stories, doing code reviews, pair programming.
- Ability to think creatively to design/build applications that meet business process and application requirements
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Have a level of English knowledge that you will not have any problems while analyzing technical documents.
- Working on projects with colleagues in Germany, partially on-site.
