We are looking for a qualified “Front Office Manager” for Argos in Cappadocia.

The ideal candidate should have:

· Relevant degree from an university in Hospitality & Tourism or Business Administration,

· Very good knowledge of the English language is mandatory – Further languages are preferable,

· Advanced MS Office skills,

· Good command of Opera program,

· Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills

· Result and solution oriented management style,

· Strong organizational and time management skills,

· Advance level of team work and communication competencies.

İŞ TANIMI

· Coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the Front Office.

· Coordinate employee through hiring, training, evaluation and delegation of duties as necessary.

· Administers verbal and written disciplinary actions to subordinates to violate established company policies and procedures.

· Evaluate the staffing requirements and prepare work schedules weekly, adhering to budget goals.

· Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies.

· Conduct daily operational meetings.

· It carries out all financial liabilities which the law brought into force and enforces them.

· Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments.

· Create and execute innovative Front office strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues.

· Provide Leadership / Mentoring to Front Office team members.

· Work closely with department managers and supervisors to develop them both personally and professionally.
