QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:
- Highly experienced in Linux operating system.
- Experienced in development in Linux environment with C/C++, scripting.
- Highly experienced in Python.
- Solid understanding of object oriented software design concepts.
- Experienced in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experienced in Open Source world and related software development tools (gnu tools, bash, subversion etc.).
- Experienced with Ansible, Jinja
- Experienced with Git version control management
- Experienced with Nginx Web Application Server
- Experienced with Flask and Django web frameworks
- Experienced with Web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks
- Experienced with 3rd party RESTful APIs
- Experienced with secure software development practices
- System administration experience is a big plus
- Experienced in Golang is a plus
- His view should not be limited with software, should have a complete system engineering view.
- Experienced in IP networking and network security domain.
- Has knowledge on software engineering methodologies and standards.
- Preferably, has computer science or computer engineering degree.
- Ability to work as a part of a self-organizing Scrum team in which you determine your tasks on a weekly basis
- Must have good English reading skills
- Possess good communication and attitude in a team work
- No obligations for signing a 3 years contract

Job Description:
System and software development engineer will work on developing network security systems and programming in C, C++, Python and Bash for network security domain development targets on Labris operating system platforms.
Labris software consists of Linux based operating systems, kernel components, relational databases, C, C++, Python, Bash, Javascript codes.
Labris Teknoloji A.Ş. is the leader domestic Research and Development Company in network security domain. Labris Teknoloji is the first Turkish company to get ISO 15408 Common Criteria EAL4+ certificate in the network security domain.
Labris R&D is mostly based on Unix/Linux operating systems and aims solutions for current IT security issues.
This is a hybrid allowed job. Office place will be in ODTU Teknokent. Remote working weekdays are allowed for personnel after familiarising period.
