QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for A Senior Recruitment Specialist to be a part of our team that will work in one of our group company located in Mecidiyeköy.

The candidates who will apply for the role must have good command of written and spoken English.

OUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics or equivalent,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• At least 5 years of related experience, consultancy firms are plus
• Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, and PowerPoint,
• Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills and high reporting skills,
• Having strong communication and human relations skills,
• Ability to work in high volume working enviroment,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and induction of all new hires,
• Proactively source candidates through a variety of search methods (job postings, referrals, personal networks, social media, etc.) with a sense of urgency to meet our hiring targets,
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process with self-responsibility to fill company's vacant positions for various departments,
  

• Support in developing diverse source and tools for effective recruitment,
• Source qualified candidates and build short- and long-term pipelines,
• Reporting to the management periodically,
