QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SERVER
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic server to join our team running of the business at our restaurant. To be open to new challenges, to deliver an amazing experience to our guests, to be friendly and welcoming to our guests and colleagues.
The successful candidate will bring their personality, hard work, skill and commitment to our restaurant, they will know what exceptional service is and what it looks like!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Setting the dining room according to Turk Fatih Tutak’s standards
To be able to create an unique dining experience for our guests
To be able to explain and serve the dishes both in Turkish and English
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position, graduated from College or
University hospitality food & beverage restaurant management departments
Must have at least 4 years experience in fine dining restaurants
Knowledge of the highest serving standards
Deep knowledge about wine and alcoholic beverages
Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Turkish and English
Confident and believe in team work
Developing new skills and ambitious to learn
Must be Persuasive and focusing problem solving
Capable of working in high volume restaurant
Be responsible and have work ethics
Following up new gastronomy trends all over the World
Ability to act in accordance with the food safety (implementing HACCP / ISO 22000 rules) and occupational safety legations.
